Affinity Community Development directly provides mental health support services for construction workers and apprentices. Because stronger communities start with stronger, healthier workers — and we believe the foundation of every great build is the person holding the tools.

Because the need is real. According to the CDC and CPWR, anxiety among construction workers has surged 46% since 2018. In 2023 alone, approximately 5,000 construction workers died by suicide — nearly four times the national average — and 84% of those struggling never sought help.
